Is this what an action RPG should look like?
" I'm glad that you are glad. But maybe I would be glad from new content, if before implementation of it, GGG considered, if PoE engine can support this. Because at the moment, it's not, and this is one of major problems with Labyrinth. And I don't know how you play Scrotie, but after my mere experience with Lab (I just passed Cruel one on my 58 lvl marauder) I haven't noticed any of those anti- and pro- you write about. As usual I just spammed my main skill until Izaro died, left with my Ascendancy point and that's all. Only excitement was "do I DC and have to run this again" or "do I lag on some trap" or "am I really standing, where I think I'm standing"? Anticipation slowly dissipates...

That is exactly what arpg looks like, true heir of D2, except most legendarys are garbage and grind is so real sometimes u just want to uninstall.

" Makes a hell lot of difference. "Legendary" items should be stronger than regular items, while "unique" items should just be unique in some sense in comparison to regular items. An "unique" item does not need to be stronger than a regular item as a consequence of being named "unique", while a "legendary" needs to. This message was delivered by GGG defence force.

" For those of us who are not 20-ish yo atm it's "legendaries", everything will be compared to D2 and found wanting, till the day we die. -Forever Casual-

Lab got a whole lot easier for me when I added a movement skill and increased my Run speed.
30% boots, 20% passives, 10% haste aura + Speed pots Now I just run through the traps and barely take any damage at all. Unless the trap is moving the same direction as I am, then I simply jump. Next I realized that if I take all my gear off my Pots and Innate Life regen work much better because I have fewer hit points and fewer is better. Then I realized I can ignore mobs unless I need to kill a few to refill my pots. Life leech is a bonus too, specially for Melee types. So screw the original plan of exploring everything, killing everything, I just Hop Hop Hop my way to the end, makes me feel like a racer. Would have named my toon SuperMario if I had known. If I was the diabolical creator of this game I would have added ALL of the mobs HP's in the Lab to Izzys life total to force folks to clear the lab before taking him on, hehe. |

" That's what i explained in other thread. Lab is so easy that even a friend who started PoE 2 months ago has been able to clear it deathless on first attempt in merciless ( ~25 min ). As long you get move speed and decent flask there are nearly no ways to die here. Free reward and not a little one ... Hating lab cause you basicaly hate plateform game can be possible to understand. Pointing it as hard content is ... kinda ... well not kinda it's just wrong at all. Hf :)
