When i purchased the POE2 EA pack, it didnt link to my existing POE1 account. It created a totally new account and im unable to access any of my already purchased stash tabs or anything. SO my POE1, twitch drops, MTX are all on 1 account, but the new POE2 stuff is on a different account, SMH. Thinking its just gonna be faster to Refund through steam at this point than getting support here. Cant support a company or game that cant reply to my TECHNICAL support request and email.

Same problem for me. I have my mtx points in my steam Poe account but I want to use my main Poe account. Please transfer them into my main account.

Why is there no support staff to answer our questions? I want to buy Stash Tabs that are on sale this week, but I need to be sure that the accounts will merge first because I want to use them with the same character. Even if it requires using credits twice on different platforms, I want to use them with the same character.

It's happening to me too... This is a shame. For some reason, I have a sub-account with 300 coins but no characters, and the sub-account containing my characters... I play on Steam btw...

Same for me. Is it even possible to switch to the other "account" while playing on steam? In that case I would just do the next character on the acc where I do have coins.

The solution to this problem exists. It is up to GGG now if they would like to provide it.

Basically same problem here. I played POE1 ages ago, haven't picked it up in years. Decided to try POE2 after getting a twitch drop watching it, and now I have my old account with all my old stuff, and a new account with 300 coins and the twitch drops. I would like to use the old account, but have the new stuff on it!

My old PoE1 account got the 600 points from the EA bundle I bought. Not the new one I made and have all my characters on. On PS5 the EA 300 points went to the new account. I want to have all my points and characters on the new account.

Already emailed technical support but no response for 5 days.

And I know tabs and MTX don't transfer from PC to PS5. Was planning on buying tabs on both for the account I plan to play on.

Similar issue.

Bought a supporter pack via Steam, tried to upgrade and it directed me to create a POE account on their website.

Created an account and followed the steps to 'merge' my accounts however it just created an additional individual account under my email.

I'm concerned about moving forward with my pack upgrade since I don't see my existing character in my new POE account or have the option to 'upgrade' my pack, just to buy new from scratch.
