Merging Accounts
Looks like we are stuffed :(
all replies so far from GGG have stated they can't move coins or items between subaccount's this is ridiculous and I wish we were informed of this before I sank 50 hours into one character on the account I have my twitch drops but not my coins or EA the problem here is that we own both accounts, they are listed under the same sub account, and they wont transfer the points why??? are they just too busy to do this and we don't have an arm or leg to stand on due to terms and conditions of it being EA????? ALSO there are so many posts on here of GGG moving coins from account to other accounts as "gifts" that arent even under the same sub account!! so angry with GGG for this, I now can't upgrade, get to my points or switch sub accounts as I booked time off work to sink 50 hours into this, I don't have 50 hours free with having a fulltime job and children to look after. angry is an understatement | |
Continuing the thread. Experiencing the same problem. Don't want to restart toons that i have on one account and don't want to lose coins i have on the other. Very confusing and limited process GGG has implemented.

I have emailed them numerous time over the last few days with no reply. I merged my PSN account to my PC account as I heard Cross Progression was a thing. Started playing and spent 20 hours without really checking out that all my stash tabs from PoE1 that I purchased are missing. I am playing on my PC via Steam which seems to have linked by itself to my subaccount. So I have no coins from EA purchase, none of my dozens of stash tabs.
I wish I could remove my Sony account but there are no options. Sadly this would mean my 2 toons (only level 22 and 29) would be gone as they are on my PSN account. I just think this was implemented poorly without a way of changing which account is logged into when starting up Steam. I mean the sub account doesnt have any of the linking codes but sure as hell took over and ruined it all. |

Same issue here. When I bought the Supporter Pack on Steam, it generated a new Sub-Account, that's where my 300 credits wound up. When I launched PoE2 it defaulted to the other account so that's where my PoE2 character and all my progress - as well as my Twitch drops - are.
Didn't even realize it until I wanted to take advantage of the stash tab sale and realized my 300 points were "missing." That's when I came to the site, started flipping between the two sub-accounts and realized what happened. I was even ready to just kiss the 300 points goodbye and upgrade my supporter pack under the "correct" subaccount to get another 300 points. Oh look, can't do that either because even though the two accounts are linked in GGG's system and I am literally *PLAYING* PoE2 under the other account right now, it doesn't recognize that I bought EA and doesn't give me an option to upgrade. Only to pay the full $60 to buy the full pack and get a 2nd key I have no use for. So either I start over again and lose hours upon hours of progress and my Twitch Drops. Or I just lose that 300 credits and the ability ever to upgrade my Supporter Pack forever. Seeing people reporting in this thread that GGG is telling them nothing can be done is extremely disappointing and really unacceptable. It's 2024 and this should be some pretty basic database management stuff. Other devs with multiplatform games don't seem to have this issue. Time to update your database system from whatever archaic nonsense is allegedly preventing you from performing some EXTREMELY basic database maintenance and management tasks. |

" There are no actual replies from GGG in this specific thread that I found. And they can 100% handle the merge or transfer between accounts and sub accounts. They have Cross-Progression there so they are using the same data sets. They only say MicroTransactions can not be used in both places (PSN and PC for sure). Its not a matter of if they can its a matter of will they and if they will.... when??? I REALLY hope they do it sooner than later. I know their busy but they have to have people dedicated to handling these things coming in with the new EA and not solely working on the game itself. |

I have the same issue, 300 points on diffrent pc profile. Right now there even is no point in buying more microtransactions, I don't know if I will be able to recive something from them anyway which is an "intresting" desing. My first time playing poe,I had no idea diffrent profiles were a thing until like lvl 50... No word from the support either. Dissapointing
