Same issue and not getting any reply after a week. This is beginning to feel like an attempt to force me to buy stash tabs now rather then get them from my original account.
I have the same situation as everyone here, two accounts, on the first one my character, on the second coins... and support does not respond at all. In my case the problem can be solved by simply transferring the character to the account with coins and that's it. But my request from what I see is an echo...
I gave up. Created a new character on the first account and transferred all my stuff to the new one since I didn’t want to cash in currently. So I’m out of here. Good luck to everyone else.
Same thing happened to me, the 300 gold from early access is sitting in a "subaccount" and the other subaccount has the extra stash tabs from PoE 1.

Thats not "merging" at all - that's adding another login method (steam) and separating the chars, currency and mtx.

E-mail support and hope they will eventually do something to fix it. Just don't hold your breath. I e-mailed support 6 days ago and haven't heard a peep. There are people in this thread who've been waiting even longer.

I'm throwing in the towel and rerolling on the "correct" account with my credits. Maybe someday GGG will upgrade their database system which is apparently from 1992 or something and I can get access to the Twitch drops back. Losing the progress on my Monk is irritating but such is the nature of PoE anyway so I'm not as angry about that. Continuing to play on that character feels like throwing good money after bad, so to speak, though. I'm just gonna rip the band-aid off now.
Any GGG Staff on this forum that could maybe shine some light on this matter?

Im in a similar situation except i have access to the EA but i dont have my 300 coins from the purchase, and nothing seems to be linked to the proper POE account. My POE1, previous purchases, and my twitch drops are all on my orginal account but when i purchased the EA pack, it created and linked that stuff to a new account for some reason and now i cant access my unlocked stuff already. If they cant resolve this, I WILL be refunding the EA pack and will not be supporting this company or game anymore.
Same Issue, all my credits on one account and steam playing the other.

Not one single reply from tech support in this thread?
