Yeah the main thing I want at the end this is 1 master account with all characters and points on it.
At the moment I have 600 points on my account with 0 characters. I'm not starting over I have characters at levels 52 and 20. Support really needs to start addressing this issue. Feels like they are dragging their feet in hopes people get impatient and just put more money into the account they never wanted to use. |

I apologise if that was already mentioned.
Prerequisites: - one main sub-account (used for few years for POE1, some mtx, about 20 additional stash tabs, some points etc.); further on referred to as "main account". - one Steam account, freshly created, used to unlock EA on with one 74 lvl character and no points/mtx/stash tabs; further on referred to as "second account" After playing a tetris game for last week or so waiting "merging sub-accounts" issue to be solved, I decided "fuck it, I'll buy some tabs, can't wait any longer, can't trade etc". Which I did. In POE2, logged into second account, I click on Shop, proceed with buying $60 support pack (mostly for 600 points). It opens a browser window where you proceed with the payment (no sub-accounts mentioned anywhere except of top left corner which someone who never dealt with sub-accounts NEVER paid attention to). Payment goes through, "Go to Shopping" button is displayed. PROFIT?! Not so fast :) All points went to.. main account! Which means buying $60 worth of points got me no closer to solving stash tabs hunger xD Throw all your bullets in a fire.. and run like hell! ©

This sucks :( Its been 8 days now since i sent them a mail. I know they have a shitload of things to do before going on the holiday break. BUT COMON, theres soooo many people having this issue.
Just a simple post like "We know about this issue and will sort this out after the holidays" or what ever. Just something so we know were not beeing ignored. For some of us, these EA money actually was a big deal. Specially with xmas around the corner <3 On a side note tho, IM HAVING A BLAST!!! Freakin love the game. Having a merged account with zero characters and 300 EA points SUCK!!!! |

8 days since I emailed too, with no reply.
300 coins on the wrong sub-account. And I can only link Twitch to the wrong sub-account as well. I'd probably be buying more coins too. But I'm hesitant to even re-roll on the other sub-account until they offer at least some sort of response. If they had been more clear about the account merging process, I never would have gone through with it. But it seemed the proper thing to do. Now I've got coins and Twitch cosmetics just mocking me from an empty account. And I know I could re-roll. I'm only level 51. But this is a problem of their making and they should rectify it. |

10 days without a response, I can no longer handle not having space in the tabs, and although I would be interested in putting more money or improving the package purchased, I cannot improve it or it would be of no use to me since my characters are in the other account, also I don't want to cause more problems or give them an excuse for not wanting to migrate the characters because they have 2 identical early access packages.

Also in the same boat, twitch drops and skins on one account and 300 points from EA on another account... emailed support a week ago, so far not even a 'we got your email' response...
