Same issue here. 300 coins on one account and twitch drops on the other one. I know it is EA, so I don't want to go mad about it, but as long as I don't know what will happen I don't want to buy anything. Which is pretty annoying because of some nice offers. Should I also contact the support or just wait what happens?

Identical issue. Two accounts, the premium currency went to an incorrect one :/ Contacted GGG a few days ago. Hope they'll sort all this our soon

I merged my Poe 1 account that I made when I was gonna play but I never even made a character and now that I’m playing Poe 2 I had forgot I linked my psn to the old one so I merged them but all my stuff is going to the blank account, GGG support won’t reply to me and help me unmerge this sucks. All I want is my first account deleted from the merge so only one stands (the one I want removed: kingValhallx-#9428) my twitch drop skins went there so I guess I lost them, I’m not spending another dime till they answer me, I don’t wanna waste my money for nothing

Bump, GGG Fix this, have coins merged on both it cant be that hard if there all under the same sub account :(

I just lost my Poe 2 character I had when I merged my accounts from steam now I have no characters at all and i had a lv 88 sorceress and lost all my RMT as well what the heck just happened.

I would just like to be able to play my XBOX character on my PC (Steam). I have spent way too many hours on trying to get this to work. I have sent emails and support messages (on this website) on the first day EA was available to Australia and I haven't received any responses from any attempts (I was originally receiving bounce back emails).
I have posted on this forum for help and on reddit (there seem to at least be a group of people in the same boat as me) and it doesn't seem like anyway in the same boat has received any response from support. I have purchased multiple EA access accounts to try and get it to work. Originally I wanted to get it sorted so all of my MTX I bought in POE would be merged and I wouldn't have to buy it all again in POE2. I am level 90 on Xbox with too many hours in, I just want to be able to play it on my PC. I really wish I would have known from the start that there was going to be issues with this type of thing and not because I would have preferred to just have bought it on PC at this stage (although I do have a PC EA access as well). I now have a ROG Ally X1 christmas present that was bought specifically to be able to play POE2 on the go. It is just stuck with using it to stream my XBOX while at home because there seems to be absolute radio silence from support or any attempts to get help. |
