Interesting, so this could mean they arbitrarily chose Acuity not to become legacy.
Yes, they are.
This whole thread about that, man.

You might be right (we don't really know, GGG pls?) but you stated the wrong reasons, that's why everyone jumped on you and that other guy. As far as we can tell the effectiveness mod is brand new and therefore there was no numerical value change.

True. But my logic told me if you didn't see term about "Life leach apply instantly with 100% effectiveness" then they add term "with 60% effectiveness" - that still means they change the numbers, but they tracked as add TEXT line about it.
Aaron Ciccheli, a guy who made millions running Diablo and PoE RMT sites, owns a significant portion of GGG. How's that for a conflict of interest? 7.5% of your supporter pack money goes to this guy.

Instantly without a modifier before. Now they added a new modifier when there was none, hence no legacy. But people with zero programming knowledge will never understand.

Oblivious (or dumb) people are oblivious.
The real hardcore PoE players and the elites sit in town and zoning in and out of their hideouts trading items. Noobs that don't know how to play PoE correctly, kill monsters for items. It's pure fact, it will never change.

Welcome to PoE.

THERE WAS NO MODIFIER ADDED.

READ THE PATCH NOTE:

"Atziri's Acuity: The modifier that makes leech apply instantly on critical strikes now has it apply instantly at 60% effectiveness. Existing versions of this item are affected by this change."

"THE MODIFIER" Means it ALREADY Existed, and it was the 100% chance. I am so fucking done with this debate, I hope GGG chimes in.
Edit: And that 100% modifier that already existed, was decreased to 60%. That's what changed with the item.

The thing is, Rhys said whenever they add a completely new modifier to a unique, a legacy version of that item is made.
GGG banning all political discussion shortly after getting acquired by China is a weird coincidence.
oh man you're going to feel pretty awful when you finally see it.
Don't forget to drink your milk 👌
Is the OP going to figure out that nothing has changed, or what?

as far as i know it was if they add something new or remove something then its gonna get a legacy version, but they changed an existing mod, so i guess that works out.

"THE MODIFIER" Means it ALREADY Exists, and it was the 100% chance. - that is how @monkuar mention to you. I have no idea why you can't understand simple stuff like this..
