GGG - Stop using double standards

as far as i know it was if they add something new or remove something then its gonna get a legacy version, but they changed an existing mod, so i guess that works out.

What existing mod though? If there already was an effectiveness mod on Acuity, Pibadi would be correct, they just changed the numerical value. We would need to know what exactly the mod is (if it even exists) to know what exactly GGG changed. Maybe that Chinese leak guy can find out x)

The "Leech occurs instantly" mod has been changed to "Leech occurs instantly at 60%"

The item still points to the same mod location, but the old mod is replaced, never to be seen again. I didn't realise this was such a hard concept.

Newsflash: "mod" (as in "item mod") is a shorthand for "modifier".

Yep, exactly my point. Thank you for understanding :)

no i mean, the item had 6 mods and now still has 6 mods. maybe items only get legacy if they drop from for example 6 to 5 or increase from 6 to 7. (or have some numeric value changes)
Now that I thought about it, it all makes sense. GGG changed the mod from 'applies instantly' to 'applies instantly at 60% effectiveness'. They substantially changed how the mod works with adding that effectiveness value to it (there was no effectiveness value in there before), thus no legacy version will exist. No new mod was added, I was confused about that.

Exactly... I told you guys.. lol Keyword 'at a 60%' is what you missed. :)

The thing is, Rhys said whenever they add a completely new modifier to a unique, a legacy version of that item is made.

They dont change leech mechanics - they change it locally in magnitude. If they changed it from "on crit" to "always" OR "leech" to "life leech" that could be it. Bot it's just a numbers change at all. Then => gloves should be legacy, BUT NO!
= That is double standards.
Aaron Ciccheli, a guy who made millions running Diablo and PoE RMT sites, owns a significant portion of GGG. How's that for a conflict of interest? 7.5% of your supporter pack money goes to this guy.
it's not. New mod = no legacy, deal with it.

Read the rest of that post, if that's what you told us then you should've also told us that there shouldn't be a legacy version of Acuity because that's the logical conclusion from what I was saying.
