New mod = yes legacy, that's what Rory told us. But this is not a new mod, it's just a substantially changed old mod so = no legacy.

This thread is epic btw :D

Yeah. I call you guys all out, say I'm going to make a video. You guys watch it, think I'm some crazy nerd with no logic, then later admit you were wrong because you guys misread 'at a 60% effectiveness' from the patch notes.

Epic thread indeed. The verbal abuse I receive from this forum just fuels me so I don't really care. I make videos from my heart.

The only issue I had was with that Mirror or Kalandra Drop Rate Lies video I made. Because in fact, Chris Wilson did give out the drop rates for the mirror, but I just never saw his post about it before. So that kind of threw everything off. But it is what it is. Glad this is solved. Thanks for playing.

All people are mad/stupid with those release notes or what ?

numeric value update => legacy
new mod or mod changed => no legacy

Atziri got a complete new mod , with a new modifier , there were no fucking 100 % effectivness before, there were nothing about it.

This means that if we change the max/min values for a mod, e.g. the +life mod on Kaom's Heart, this does not directly effect any existing items, only new ones that drop or old ones that are rerolled. Another way to create legacy items (at least for Uniques) is if we add or remove entire mods from the item.

Uhm no, we weren't wrong. You just don't seem to understand simple English words, no matter how ofter people explain them to you. You're still wrong, at least a dozen people have told you this by now :)

did they add or removed mod from Acuity ? no ! They modified the existing one.

So you get your answer. No double standard, just your stupidity that makes you spam this forum.

They add intention "effectivines" - what is not intended from the start.
Can you understand it?
