Acuities pre-1.3:

playerHealth += leechAmount;

Acuities post-1.3:

playerHealth += leechAmount * leechRate;


Post-1.3 Acuities have a mod that needs 1 more variable (leechRate) that pre-1.3 Acuities. Don't talk about stuff you have no idea about.

Crown of Eyes had its mod changed indeed, because it applied MORE modifiers before and then it didnt. Acuity does not change what mod does, just effectiveness.

Another way to create legacy items (at least for Uniques) is if we ADD OR REMOVE ENTIRE MODS from the item.

So acuity in this sense should become legacy indeed.

IDK about todays kids panic, but they will not get much cheaper on longer time scale, because their general mandatoriness for builds aint altered a bit. Just grab few %leech more.

Yours, because there is none. The wording WAS changed drastically: "Increases and Reductions to" instead of "modifiers".

I play in standard ... items always become legacy. If GGG wants no legacy versions => nerf them all. I hate things only half done.

I farm then buy my Acuity 200ex and GGG nerf it ? Well done now all my efforts was for nothing.

acuity have no mod removed, nor added. the existing mod will be changed.

Diamond Unique(for somebody they like)-->Unset Ring with res based on Gem->K let's change level Req.

Diamond Unique(for somebody they don't care)-->No No No No-->Here is a list of uniques you can create out of our trash pile.

Invite somebody over to NZ to help them understand PVP(lol). He cries about Block in PVP.
Nerfs on block nodes and items.
