PoE 2 Account Banned for no reason?

Bumb for visibility.

Showek#9604 is my roomate and we were having an epic LAN party for few days until now.

Not very cool GGG ... not very cool at all ...

Like common, you could at least issue something more then a generic note like this. I guess the support must be overwhelmed so in case of such general issue like this this is not a good solution. This happens for a while already and there are more and more people having this issue.

Me personally feel like I might get too a shadowban for no reasone looking at this at it chills me and takes fun of the game right now.

I did immediately on Saturday evening, unfortunately mailer-daemon has been bouncing back the email so I don't think it's actually made it through.

I did realize last night that there is a way to appeal your ban directly from your account page on this website so I've gone ahead and done that.

While I appreciate you and the support team during this busy period (I work for a large game developer so know how crazy launches are), unfortunately most of us have tried to put in tickets but have been blocked by your email being overloaded.

This is why I added visibility to the forums as well, I know it's not directly your fault and you're trying to do your best, but at the same time you have to realize that we can't actually get tickets through due to your CS system's inability to adequately handle the current load. Thanks!

This is getting ridiculous.....i did already Appealed the ban, ofc as you can guess, no response at all, not even a sign of life for cry sake, also why should i be appealing for a bug, its not even a legitimate ban...this is a support team matter not a ban management team !

Stop being dismissive and take it seriously please.

Do we have an ETA? I wasnt personally affected but have RL friends who were, and I also share the sentiment of many other people of wanting a swift resolution

I hope you guys realize this is just not helping the situation at all right? There are hoards of people getting unlegitimately banned and now youre forcing us into the standard unban procedure which documentally is know to have low priority and could takes weeks to get a response back.

People have invested time off work so we could play your game, and this is how we get treated? How is this situation anything but disrespectful.

Same as in the video, this is not a matter of a legit ban or missconduct from my part, its a bug. and a big one for that, appealing the ban is not the solution and you know it.

Fix it.
