PoE 2 Account Banned for no reason?

Browsing the discord it seems like it's happening to quite a few people around the same general area / level range. Would be cool to get some more dev support on this issue if it's not a one-off scenario:
This was just from searching banned and going through the first 3 pages of discord PoE: [Removed by Support] There are also multiple steam threads with similar issues like this one (I didn't make this one but similar name lol): https://steamcommunity.com/app/2694490/discussions/0/594008890765566317 It sounds like there was a bug back in PoE 1 where people were randomly getting banned when hitting a specific level as well. This also happened to me. After defeating the boss and getting the large soul, I tried exploring the map. Suddenly, in the southwest area, I got disconnected and banned. I checked the PoE website and saw that I was banned for the reason 'Too many accounts.

I only have one account,buy key with visa for 30 dollars

No update or acknowledgement yet. I see more people on discord also running into this bug in Act 3

As the number of people increases,

just to confirm, when you go to /my-account, the Reason for the ban in Ban Details says 'Too Many Accounts'?
