ThomasK we all tried to contact the support without success :( Is there no short term solution that we collect banned account names in one thread and one community admin quickly unbans those?

I for example sit at home wasting my vacation without being able to play and others face most likely a similar situation :( (Having spend 2000$+ on the game doesn't make the situation feel better :S)

Please help us!

I created an account just to respond to this. I have spent close to 5000 euros supporting you guys in 8 years of gaming, thousands upon thousands of hours. and just like that without so much as a single chat time out in that time your account can be permanently banned out of the blue with no way of getting any contact from support for days now.

people have used their vacation days to spend time enjoying the Early access launch of the game and now they are being forced until support finally comes back to you which from the looks of it could take weeks while their accounts are stuck in limbo?

Like what is this?

Hello ThomasK

I tried to reach out on the support email, but received a automated answer by "mail-deamon":

The response was:
Temporary System Problem. Try again later.

Like others in this thread, we just want to play the game.
I'm posting here to raise the importance of the topic. I wasn't personally affected, buy my friend who I played with was.

People are paying money for access and not only they are banned in the game but also their accounts on the forum? Without any information whatsoever?
It takes days already whereas and it's starting to be ridiculous.

@ThomasK_GGG you are so far the only person from the GGG who replied in this thread. I believe rather than giving a generic answer you should raise the importance of this issue as this is directly affecting the customers.

I’ve already sent multiple emails to support, including to the ban appeal address, regarding my banned account Showek#2168, and I’ve received no response whatsoever. I understand there may be high volumes of requests, but ignoring players facing critical issues like this is beyond disrespectful.

Let me be clear: posts from your team suggesting we "contact support" are not just unhelpful—they’re downright insulting. Players like me have already reached out multiple times and have been completely ignored. It feels like GGG has spat on us, leaving us abandoned with no explanation and no way to resolve the issue.

To make this situation even worse, I’ve had to create a third account just to write this post, because my previous two accounts—Showek#2168 and another linked Steam account—have been banned. This means I cannot post, comment, or even reply to staff on your official forums. I am completely silenced on all fronts. This is utterly outrageous and disgusting treatment of your players.

Additionally, I, like many others, took time off work specifically for the release of Path of Exile 2. Those vacations are now wasted because of a ban that is completely unjustified. I have one original GGG account created years ago for PoE1 and a new Steam account created for PoE2, both linked to the same email and Steam account. Is this seriously the reason for the ban? A linked account setup that is entirely logical and legitimate?

This is nothing short of a slap in the face. Punishing players for something as absurd as having two properly linked accounts is appalling. Your actions—or rather, inaction—are driving away loyal and paying players.

I demand an immediate review and resolution of my case. This level of mismanagement, silence, and disregard for your community is unacceptable. Your players deserve answers, not bans and radio silence.

Same here, i created and account just to post here since my main account was banned.

I got banned 2 days ago during a level up in act 3, there's surely something wrong with the game rn cause i never even spoke in chat, i didnt trade, didnt use any third party tools, and happened to me during stream, lagged out a then banned for no reason.

please do something, i took days of work to have fun now i'm bummed to be treated this way, with no answers from support or nothing offcial as a sign of acknowledgement of this bug.

We're paying customers, we deserve better attention.

Could we maybe get more than a generic response and an elevated action on this? The list of banned players keeps growing as more and more people hit level 40 it seems. We have been left in the dark for 3 day now and after finally being acknowledged this is all we get? Contact support? We did!

Also please avoid these automatic answers, makes it worse and the fact that xe are getting a Mailer Daemon, like the support mail doesnt work or something tells you how rough we are having it rn, so do something useful not just a generic answer, please and thank you.
