PoE 2 Account Banned for no reason?

Was banned as I turned level 40 in the Chimeral Waters (or something like that) in Act 3. No boss kill, just normal mobs.

Seems like quite a few people are getting it but no acknowledgement from GGG.

There's also plenty of threads over the years from it happening in POE1 so it feels like it's going to be fixed on an individual basis, and considering some people are getting bounce-backs from the support inbox I'm not holding much hope for a quick fix.

Can someone at GGG take a look at this? It’s unbelievable to be banned without any given reason when you are playing normally this game, then expect to send a support mail and wait for a response in order for you to be able to continue playing a game that you paid and didn’t do anything wrong.

PLEASE fix this ASAP. I had to make a new account because I can’t even post with the other one, Reddit posts about this are being discarded automatically and help is nowhere to be found.
I was also banned. Hitting level 40 in Act 3. No response from support email. It's been over 24 hours so far for me.

just to confirm, when you go to /my-account, the Reason for the ban in Ban Details says 'Too Many Accounts'?


I don't even see a ban appeal or section on my account that deals with any bans.
I'm almost 3 days banned without any reason in act3, without a single reply on my ban-appeal or my mail to support. Feels amazing to spend 1000€++ on game, never done anything wrong, taking vacation for release and then being left in the dark.

How s it even possible for a moderator to remove what I assume was a Reddit link and not at the very minimum acknowledge that the issue is being looked into?
I was also banned in Act 3 right after leveling up. It happened on Dec 8 and I haven't heard back from support. Feels awful. It would be great to see that they even know this issue exists.
I was also banned for no reason in Act 3, inside Jiquani's machinarium, fighting mobs. No message from admin about reason for ban, I don't get it, what I'm supposed to do now?
Also banned in Act 3 as I digned level 40, submitted a ticket today but not heard anything back yet
