PoE 2 Account Banned for no reason?
Happened on 12/9,account still banned

So update on this. They unbanned this account and not the main one where characters and money is, which is linked to this one and from which the appeal was sent PRIOR to this account.
How can this be possible? Are they reading mails backwards? Anyways, partially happy because of it but still not enough. |

Make sure you all use the 'APPEAL BAN' button on this website. Should be on the right somewhere under your 'Banned' status.
I was banned late on the 9th Dec, used that button and now I've been unbanned around 36 hours later. |

" My account doesn't show as 'banned' and doesn't have a 'Appeal Ban' button on it, but when I try to log in it still says 'Banned by Administrator' so there's no way for me to appeal this way. Does anyone else have this problem? How am I supposed to solve this? I only have one account so it's not like the 'wrong' one is banned. |

My friend got unbanned yesterday evening, so they are clearing working on it.
This still needs to be addressed in an official capacity and the bug needs to be fixed asap. Hope every1 gets their bans removed asap. I gotta admit i lost abit of faith in GGG in the way they handled this, unsure if I'll be buy anything from them anytime soon. Best luck to all |

I created the Ban-Appeal on Sunday Morning 8th December 9:00 AM.
With the serious technical problems of their mailing system (which they stated in their post) that some mails were not linked into their ticket system, I have now very high concerns that my ban-appeal was lost, as people who were banned way after me, were already unbanned. As you can send only one ban-appeal via the homepage I have now no clue if they even have it in their inbox. And p.s. it's very frustrating when the ban-appeals are not treated "first-in-first-out" :/ Still happy for everyone who got out of this situation! I have been unbanned. Thank you GGG. Took about 3 days but at least it was sorta fast considering all the requests you are getting right now.

Same issue. Banned in Jiquani's sanctum killing normal mobs. Just in the moment I turned lvl 40.

Hi y'all, my ban lasted about 3 hours.
Like everyone else, it happened the moment I hit level 40 (before I even realized I leveled!) in the Jiquani's map (which seems to be coincidental). I took the following steps: 1. I went to the account page and politely appealed the ban. My ban reason was an empty string (""). I described my situation along the lines of: "Hello, I was playing the Vaal map in Path of Exile 2 and was seemingly banned by an automated system. I'm not sure what's happened, and the ban reason seems to be missing. Can I get some additional information as to what's happened here? Is there any information I can provide to help narrow down the cause of the ban? Thanks, [Name]". For those that are having difficulty finding where to appeal the ban – it's done on the website, in your account page (tap your username in the top left of the screen). It should be on the right hand side of the page once you're on the account page. It is not done in-game. 2. I emailed support explaining the situation and offering again to lend any support I can in helping to isolate whatever happened – hardware information, OS information, any network logs on my end, etc. After about 3 hours, my ban was reversed – though I didn't hear back from the support email.
