[POE 2] Loot Disappears On Death

+1. Swarmed by hyenas after the boss fight at the start of Act 2, die, and all that hard earned loot is gone. Not fun.

There is only one reason why mobs do not auto-despawn after a boss kill, and that reason is disgusting. There is no value in invalidating the kill with a cheap death, that is rage quit material.

Whoever wrote before, how to reset a map by reaching a waypoint and ctrl + left click and then create a new instance, YOU ARE A SAVIOUR!
Sorry GGG, I got mad, now I'm gonna kill it like 3 times till something nice drops for my ranger. " I wouldn't go that far, challenge in this game make you actually think about what you are doing. But with loot being "meh" losing bunch of nice items is really frustrating. |

IM HAVING THE SAME ISSUE!!! Loot is vanishing on death, have to fight all the respawned crap to get back there and the loot is gone. My first 2 rares lost this way. Honestly such a demotivation. Makes me want to steam refund and not support this moving forward.
