[POE 2] Loot Disappears On Death

+1, just had this happen to me as well. Super frustrating.

+1 killed Count Geonor and died. Came back and loot was gone.

This is not a bug everytime you die the instance resets and anything on the ground dissapear it does not matter if it is a boss or not

Hi, I have the same issue to report.... this is super frustrating ffs... It was under 2 minutes to get back to the loot.

Same issue, after killing the Praetor Consort. On return, the death animation played again, but only the quest item dropped which at least allows me to continue with the same save.

And yes, the instance resets on death, but for the main bosses loot should stay or be rerolled if the boss is already dead.

I had the same issue, very frustrating :(

+1 for this issue. Lost a unique shield to the first act 2 boss after I died and cane back...

I killed Draven and accidentally clicked the exit portal, the items are gone but the quest item remains...that sucks

Should be a bug when it breaks the game for many people. And because it cost me my first exalt and my first life regen amulet.

REMOVED: It is possible to fight the boss again for the loot drop!
