[POE 2] Loot Disappears On Death

Really suffering with this on my Choas Witch build. Last 2 final bosses die after I do because of all the dots/poison. Please fix.

Had the same problem every time I die, loot is gone. On bosses, and mini boss.

My last boss I even got a print screen before respawning it had in total 9 items, went I went back only 1 uncut skill gem was there.

Loot should stay especially on bosses, or let us repeat the boss, so we get new loot.

New bug that is even worse is now loot will just disappear instantly after droping. And before you ask, no reinstalled and changing loot filter in settings does nothing. It's super dumb and it happens almost everytime. Rip this game till then I guess considering loot is 90% of the reason to play and get stronger in it.

For me as of today all loot just disappear. Cannot pick up anything. Chaos ords divine etc. It is extremely annoying. Some shot happened after last patch. I play on console. I don't know if anyone else have same issue. After 100 waystones I play citadel and I don't have loot in the boss. 3 times in a row in ultimatum I don't have any soul cores. Wtf?

I also have this issue, clearly widespread so I'm hoping it is addressed quickly. I've worked to stack my tablets and now have multiple T17 maps with bosses, rituals and breaches that I cannot play until this is addressed. I'm sure GGG will be working to sort it out though.
