Merging Accounts

Hi Lou Lou,

Nope. I purchased the Supporter pack on ther POE web page AND then received the key which I loaded in steam to down load the game.

I just looked and there does not appear to be anywhere in my POE account to actually start POE 2. Everywhere I hover, it shows that clicking will take me to a purchase option?

Exactly what it says, at the page I linked it should say you have the EA access.
Anyway, you purchase the pack on POE.com, so you can just download the standalone client and connect with your account where you made your purchase.

When you purchase one POE.com they give you CLient keys for different platforms (Steam/Epic), theses keys don't give EA access, just allow you to download the client on these platforms.

So if you linked the wrong Steam account to your POE account where you bought the EA, you can still use the standalone for the time being.

I bought the "King of the Faridun Supporter Pack" directly from Steam with ( xxxxxxne#5910 ), but it got credited to my Microsoft account ( xxxxxxxxey#8003 ).

I linked my Steam account ( xxxxxxne#5910 ) to my Microsoft account ( xxxxxxxxey#8003 ) on your site, before Early Access release and actually purchasing PoE 2 from Steam.

I thought the linking process combines the two accounts, but it seems they are actually different in your system and game.

Is it possible to get the Supporter Pack on my Steam account?
I barely use my Xbox account anymore and want to use the Items in the Pack on my Steam account, where I actually bought It.

I have 2 characters on xxxxxxne#5910 ( xxxah and xxxaa ) and never logged xxxxxxxxey#8003 into PoE 2.

Same issue, counter intuituve and just stupid design

Purchesed supporter pack through PSN store which seems to have been credited to my steam account.

My character and purchases are now gone from PSN. Email sent to support.

Hi guys, did anyone resolved this? I have bought the EA Key through the account on POE web, Activated key on my Steam, turned the game on and when I wanna play, ERROR for not owning the EA key on my account. Realized I can use my Steam account and I can log in on POE through "Log in with Steam", totally forgot this option...

The questlion is, I should be able to link the account but which with which or does it matter?

Should I login with POE one, which hold the info about buyin EA and having 300 coins there and then link it with my Steam?

And then even realized my Steam account (using Log in with Steam on POE) does not have my email noted on POE page so I could try to lik it. Of course, used with natural POE account so it asks about linking again but oppoiste order... Does it matter?

1 POE1 account <- Has my MTX
1 POE2 Steam Account <- Has PoE2 access

Hoping support gets time for this soon, of course they have a lot of stuff on their hands right now.

I'm in the same boat as a lot of you. Sub account is the account i've been playing off (one steam defaulted to) but the MTX is on the primary account (if thats even a thing).

Submitted request to support 5 days ago and yet to receive a response. Guessing they're hammered at the moment.

Was thinking of testing buying a storage tab on the primary account and seeing if it shows up on the sub account. Not too sure if I want to risk that right now, might wait a few more days.
