Maybe you didn't read my post carefully. I CAN'T play POE 2 at this present time as outlined in my post. I "think" that a POE account got created during the processes I mentioned but I have no visibility or knowledge of the credentials in POE to logon. I am unaware of the email id used or its password. I tried logging on and got invalid log on id so I didn' |

" I don't think I was replying to you. But I quickly read your message. Looks like you can log to POE.com and see you activated the pack for POE2. So just use the Standalone version. Recall that I mentioned that when I log on now to the POE log on page, it takes me to my old POE 1 account that was created back in 2019. It does however show me all the transaction descriptions for the Supporter option and I can also see the 300 coins shown next to my old (current POE 1) account. I am sure there are lots of people who are experiencing similar authentication issues and have compounded their issues in some cases by having dual accounts. I have NOT tried to log on with my Steam client as I already know what is likely to happen. I probably will be able to play but I will need to kiss my 300 coins goodbye as that is not the account that is linked to my steam account. I will also have the issue of maintaining 2 POE accounts and the passwords. I shouldn't need to do that. Thinking further about this issue, I think it may be as simple as the following steps but GG Support would need to confirm. |

(On the basis of what is already in place -
- ** I have a single Steam account with 9 games successfully registered - ** POE 2 access code has enabled me to successfully download the full POE 2 game in Steam. - ** I have validated the POE 2 game has succsefully installed without errors - ** I CAN log into POE with my old POE 1 account and it shows previous character stats for my POE 1 character. - ** POE login also shows authenticated and validated purchase of Supporter pack - ** POE login also confims that I am eligible to spend 300 coins in POE 2 - ** POE Account password is known and is valid and same for email address So, I would guess it might look like this - - 1: GG Support DE-LINK the current POE account that is linked to my steam account (remember I dont even what the credentials are?) - 2: GG Support DELETE the account above that was linked to Steam - 3: GG Support RE-LINK my 2019 POE 1 account to my steam account - 4: I should now be successfully linked between POE and Steam and I should be able to invoke POE 2 from within Steam (This is how my other 8 games within my steam account work.) - 5: I should be able to still login to POE for game specific information GGG Support, can you please confirm if that will work?? I am resigned to waiting for this to be resolved and not playing the game to avoid creating any new issues that cannot be reversed. Thanks |

" I'm sorry I'm not following you well. When you log to your old POE account with your history and coins.. Do you have the EA enabled? https://www.pathofexile.com/my-account/early-access If not, then you bought your EA on Steam right? And in that case, you Steam account is linked with another POE account, so you need to log using this other account. Pardon my english, I'm French :p
