Is the marketplace coded in a way, that if you put out a sell offer for something and there is an even better buy offer from somebody else that fits your offer that the better offer will be taken?

Like imagine this situation:

I want to sell a Divine for 100c.

There is another Person that says "I want to buy a Div for 110c".

What does the marketplace sell my item for? 100c, so my offer leads as seller, or 110c, since he wanted to pay that. One is better for me, 1 better for him.

Clash of interests i think?

Can runes be applied on unique item too?

The "Careful Counterattack" notable provides block if you used a retaliation skill, but the 2 small passives leading to it provide block if you're holding a shield.

Shouldn't the 2 small passives provide block if you used a retaliation skill as well, for consistency? are you supposed to only use retaliation skills with shields?

Will the Gladiator ascendancy passive Determined Survivor also double the spell block from the dual wield mastery?

I am curious if that would update it to 40% spell block instead, rather than effectively eating 20% block (unless Versatile Combatant is taken essentially).
