LOL... seriously, you guys are blaming no one wanting to run Mastermind on the difficulty of the encounter?

How about you get rid of the reaaaaaaaaaly poor and needless decision to have it completely wipe clean your syndicate? The entire concept of the syndicate board is to let us manuver people into the divisions we want them, to take the members we want on and off the board, and to build up rivalries or alliances...... and then you have mastermind just wipe out all that work instantly.

Imagine how many people would want to kill shaper if doing so uncompleted your Atlas and made you start out from square one again?

Maybe you should look more at that. Just maybe.

Path of Garbage. If GGG wold like players to actually "farm" Mastermind, they wold set rewards on some level. Let's say "Mastermind on lvl83 can drop legacy item or HH". Then people would farm her like mad, regardless horrible fight and Syndcate reset. On her current state fight is not rewarding. It is punishing. All endgame bosses can drop one valuable item. Shaper can drop Dying sun, Elder can drop Watcher. Cathrina fight on lvl 83 is on Uber Elder level and drops shit. Don't expect people to bother with her.

that's not true, her inventory DOES refresh after opening a daily mission from her (not on additional, random encounters, of course). My impression is that just the things she offer (new: also including sextants) are better after shaper missions compared to a daily map...
The only 'reward' that is not longer bound to her dailies is the 'progress' of the map device options.

Ideally, it should also have a logical binding to the availability of the legacy master mods...

The ver least thing I want to end up with, would be the complete lack of that crafting abilities - even if this would mean they are just out of 'my reach' (like the new 'spot' of the 6-link recipe)

What this league needed was a different balance. The "wild" encounters should have been much easier. Locking them out shouldn't be the typical reaction to them. The safehouses should be harder. You got this backwards.

The rewards for running lower level areas shouldn't be the same as running higher ones. Thought you would have learned this from the previous leagues where people would run Act 8 instead of maps because it was more efficient. You need to make this a priority in future leagues. It throws off your data too. You think all interactions with the syndicate are equal. They're not.

On the subject of what you should do next: Start alternating new leagues with Legacy leagues. Legacy was great, and you could use it again. Add the new stones. Work on QoL a bit. It would give you time to make your new leagues shine a bit.

i keep getting fascinated how the majority of players dont even reach 12 points
i got 2 chars close to level 90 annd was able to do the master mind once with the char i used to farm low level safehouses for the challenge.

the other char which just leveled normally into maps hasn't got a mastermind yet.

so i'm not really wondering nobody is running the mastermind when with low level safehouse farming being the best chance to spawn it, those guys won't have their progress reset for the little reward.

Lol in Incursion for an example, when the 8th week of the league ended, 2% had done 36 challs... this time after the 9th week, it's only 1,08%.

Good i skipped this convoluted league. I must say i am not a fan of these leagues that require separate menus, clog your invnentory (in order to sell stash tabs) with scraps, slow you down and are overly complicated for the average player probably.

I hope this does not get added to core and that sulphite aqcuisition will be buffed too... that said, it probably will go core in one form or the other because they did a lot of voice acting for it.

it wouldn't be so bad if you could join other people's atlas objectives and safehouses but this is the first league i've seen people making characters in normal, hardcore and SSF just to meet the quotas
