If the OP could either verify that this Mr. Ciccheli still owns the RMT websites, or change the thread title to say that Mr. Cichheli owned (past tense) the RMT websites, I think it would be best.
As it is, the title alleges something that is not currently known. |

By the look of it, you could say that GGG "sold" 7.5% of the company to this guy to convince him to leave PoE alone and stop selling PoE items.
