In terms of respect, it means a lot, respect means money, respect means perception. I'm not alone in this, nor are you alone in your quest to get the lab changed. However, of all of the post about people that hate the lab very few are large supporters and even fewer have the experience of doing the lab multiple times to have an informed enough decision to give valid feedback.


We can go back to your shit eating comparison again if you want. Instead of shit, lets substitute it for something a bit more tasteful. How about vegetables or something along those lines. When you were a kid you may or may not have liked them the first time you tried them, like all food it could just be you expected something else going into it, it could be that you had over\undercooked, it could be that you just dislike it because its different. Later on you try them and they are good, your perception of what to expect has been adjusted, maybe you went and found a new way to prepare them or approach them (like what to eat it with).

The lab is sort of like eating food in that you can't just say it taste bad after one short coming, you must peruse it a few times at least before you can say its shit and therefore unappealing to eat. Whereas you and most people that I've seen complaining about the lab resort to its shit because its different, its fine that you don't like it after you've tried it, but you don't give it the proper chance then you are being the 5 year old kid, instead of the 20+ year old adult that has actually given it the proper test.

Who do you think GGG rather listen to the 20+year old with a valid feedback for the 5 year old that tried it once and says it taste like shit?

Uber Lab trials suck, way to much RNG in getting them to spawn. Get rid of some of the RNG on them. I play the game to actually play the game, not sit in chat hoping someone else finds the Trial I need. finding 15 straight Stinging Doubt's isn't the least bit helpful when you need to find all 6.

I see no reason why the trials cant all be stationary like they are in the other 3 difficulties. Put them in a set map, if you still want to add a little RNG to them give them like a 10% chance to spawn.

-grind maps to progress anyway
-share the trials with your whole account
-can share trials with others
They could add some mechanics to overcome very bad luck as long as your char hasnt completed all types of trials - like decreasing the chance for a specific trial each time you do it.

I can give you the/one reason: there's a multi-purpose use of trial stones (beside getting the ascendancy): enchant runs. A guaranteed trial spawn on a fixed place would be against the intended effort to 'sustain' enchanting.

Beside this: they need to rework the whole system anyways, with the remove of (at least) one 'playtrough' (giving the idea that it could be possible to reuse trials in upcoming acts 6 to 8).
