Incident Report for March 20 Downtime

The downtime was around 11:50 my time and good thing it happened otherwise I would've pulled an allnighter on Path of Exile. I mean sleep is good an all, but PoE is better.
You guys know that you are making it hard for all other gaming companies to keep offering the lazy and lack luster customer service that they are use to? What was once normal and accepted practices by these companies, now incites rage amongst their player base.

Players offer endless comparisons of "GGG does it this way, GGG does it that way, GGG doesn't shut down their servers for weekly maintenance...why can't you do it like GGG?"

How can you do this to them? Do you want their workers to actually have to rush at times? They have been living the good life with 6 months to complete mini patches. Next thing you know, D3 will only have maintenance once every two weeks and it will only take 30 minutes.

They might have to cancel 2nd breakfast or worse!

DISASTER!!

/sarcasm (ridiculously obvious sarcasm)
At no point in your rambling, incoherent response were you even close to anything that could be considered a rational thought. Everyone in this room is now dumber for having listened to it. I award you no points, and may God have mercy on your soul...

Jonathan really you don't need to apologize n.n

Yes actually, he does. And thank you for it Jonathon.
And this is why you get my monies. That and its a helluva game!
Admitting mistakes and improving on them is something certain companies don't do. I'm glad GGG does.
dammit Thomas the one time we needed you.
;D
You guys are awesome.

As someone that develops/supports SAS software, the issue that happened is rare. Shit happens. That you resolved the issue fairly quickly, and have already started working to make sure they don't happen again, is all that anyone can really ask for. Also, thanks for being honest about the issues. That speaks volumes. Keep up the good work and enjoy the rest of your trip.
Nice reposrt, you are lucky I was at work and not home playing xD
