Incident Report for March 20 Downtime

servers down for barely an hour. happens to us all! stop apologising and have fun in the states! :D
A 50 minute downtime once a blue moon on a non critical system is nothing really. No need to apologize :)
Jonathan is better at writing these incident reports, but I should really be apologizing for this one. I am meant to be on call while he is away, and if I had done my job properly we could have avoided a large part of this downtime. So, I would like to say sorry to both the players and to Jonathan for making him have to write another one of these reports. As Jonathan says, this is not the level of service you should expect from us.
Don't be hard on you Jonathan, we love you <3 Enjoy your time in US.

PoE is still one of the most stable games I've ever seen. Shit happens, and I hope nobody gets in trouble over this.
It's okay, guys. Community love!

Have you made a cool build using The Coming Calamity? Let me know!
F2P game has less downtime than most major MMOs AND you guys push more content out than any other game I"ve ever played. Thank you guys for telling us what happened why it happened and how you guys plan to avoid it in the future. keep up the great work!
I'm a network architect and have worked in several critical NOCs, and have struggled to keep SLA's often.. I'm amazed how you reacted quickly, tshooted and fixed it in under an hour, you should get a fucking medal!

Although, what would've happened if you were unavailable/at sleep/plane etc? :P

All the down time did was give plenty of people an excuse to test Sarn Arena. This is nothing compared to the blunders that Blizzard commits, Thanks for the great game GGG!

It was actually kinda funny seeing a whole instance run around in circles rioting.
It's all cool though! you guys did a great job :)
