An event out of their control, yet the technical director himself personally apologises. This is why you get my money GGG. |

This is the most detailed and adequate response to downtime I have ever seen in my online gaming career. Amazing work!
And this all for just an hour downtime, which is, compared to a lot of current popular games, almost nothing. Keep up the good work! |

" Ditto, ditto, more ditto. Thank you, GGG, for making a quality product, being so communicative and conscientious, and appreciative of your fans. I have spent more money on this FREE game than on any other game (or game franchise!) and I stand behind every cent. I believe in GGG, I love playing this game, and I am happy to support your efforts. This kind of mutual appreciation cannot be bought or marketed, it is earned. Thanks/You're Welcome <3 |

Given the problems you faced your reaction time and limitation of the downtime is excellent... fine job... even finer are your plans to still improve your performance !!!
After the technical bit comes the human one: the respect you're showing - day in, day out - to the community is one of the biggest assets of GGG, which in return forces respect and admiration. Despite the fact some of your game design decisions/policies/philosophy don't specifically make me jump for joy I recognize you're great people doing a great job. Thumbs up folks ! |
