Really don't worry about it. I can't imagine how entitled I would have to feel to accept such an apology. You give so much to us for free so something like this is really not a problem. This is why I have given you guys almost $500 and will probably give more as time rolls on. Most dedicated and transparent company ever. I feel like you guys are my friends and that is a great feeling. Thanks a lot.

GGG is the most amazing software company I have ever experienced, and I work for a software company. I can't even begin to describe the level of commitment you guys have. I know for a fact at my company, there certainly wouldn't be a letter of apology, merely a statement throwing the service provider under the bus.

Being in the IT for over 30 years I've learned you can't think of everything. Nicely done. I enjoy the game immensely and obviously so do others. Looking forward to continued play and I recommend it to every gamer I know.

As someone responsible for data redundancy and availability where I work, I wouldn't blame you at all if you were at least a little happy the outage occurred. Sometimes a minor disaster is just what I needed to get everyone to finally understand that we really DID need to spend the extra money/time I had been requesting for months.

Such dedication, can't help but being impressed - I someone like Blizzard hardly even ever recognize their mistaks let alone update you much on progress with problems.
I also kinda disappointed that you had to find it out yourself and the hosting company didn't inform you. I already spent quite a lot of money on this game, but I'll be updating my most recent pack later today partly because of this :) Nothing to see here.
