Don't Remove MF from the Game; Just Cut it in Half

This means (1+1.03)*(1+3.32)=2.03*4.32=8.77 times as many rare and unique drops than normal.

You are saying that 1%IIQ = 1%IIR ?

Thats how you value IIQ?

That formula is not correct.

That formula is not correct.
1) The sentence you reference specifically deals with rare (yellow) and unique items. In terms of those items specifically, stacking IIR is indeed more effective than stacking IIQ, simply because you can stack IIR higher (bigger numbers offered by items). I know IIR helps zero with gem and currency drops, but that's not what's being calculated there.

2) Even within the narrow context of just rares and uniques, a point of IIQ is generally better than a point of IIR. 104/300 is 2% more rares/uniques than 100/300; 100/304 is 1% more rares/uniques than 100/300. IIR stacking is not more effective point per point, although it is more effective item for item (IIR affixes on rares have larger numbers and are available as both a prefix and a suffix, and IIR is better supported by uniques such as Andvarius). Nothing in the OP contradicts this.
When Stephen Colbert was killed by HYDRA's Project Insight in 2014, the comedy world lost a hero. Since his life model decoy isn't up to the task, please do not mistake my performance as political discussion. I'm just doing what Steve would have wanted.

Wrong, IIQ > IIR.

I stand by my statements above.

If you wish to continue to debate this point, I suggest you provide more evidence to support your claim.

If you actually read what he wrote, you'd know it doesn't necessarily conflict with that statement.

A point of IIQ is better than a point of IIR. however, IIR is much easier to get.

How much is your gear worth?

What's the point of simple cutting it? Drops will just get worse. Just fix them so char with no mf will find rares like he has 50-100 rarity. And remove rarity quantity from all gear except uniques(and cut iq/ir on them) with new way to get it.
