Remove MF completely from game
After reading this thread I decided to make a MF sporker build and the difference is very noticeable. I think I can average 1 unique per hour with just 79%iiq/160%iir (There was one occasion I droped 2 uniques from a single pack of magic monsters) if I farm hard enough. You can complete chaos recopies 10x faster, you can even actively go out and hunt a unique you want if you have the patience. No doubt iir/iiq has some hand in how GGG has balanced drops and if it was removed it would be better for the game, at least imho.

I agree MF should be removed or obtained in a different way (hint paragon). I love wanders and want to play a wander but it just seems so pointless to play without MF and a wander CANNOT mf effectively enough.
I feel far too many people feel forced to play a build they don't like so they can MF instead of playing a build they feel good about and enjoy. |

i agree to the one/s that said to make MF have a bigger consequence like a dual spork can really get as much MF as possible and still be able to kill and survive as good as a normal dual spork build. there should really be some consequences to going MF not just build a spork MF and your set.
Reduce damage with MF mods reduce life/es with MF mods you should really have to think about how much MF can i get without losing to much survial or dps. like a sporker can maybe get 100/100 without a to big dps/survial loss and over that they lose alot of survial and might not be able to do any maps. While a hybrid tank/dps build can get more if the build is planed out well. Like today you have to really think about how much MF can i get on a ele cleave marauder without sacrificing to much survial. But insted of doing that all go a dual spark since they can survive with pretty much no defence and no dps and get all MF. I would not want the MF to be removed completly but make it harder to get high MF and still kill and survive so easy as a spork does. |

Of course, you could rarely play the game and still have tremendous luck with rng, but this is the exception. "Magic Find mechanics also heavily favors any ranged build, as it is significantly harder to trade survivability off from melee builds. By the way, if anything is really imbalanced, it's not about spark, it's more about totems give significant survivability boost. But this is a bit different topic. |
