So I understand that you are starting to understand your mistake? The information is too general to determine how it was changed.
Therefore your examples and declaration are inappropriate

I came to current opinion after looking at what has changed in game, not just by reading the text here. I also never had such drastic performance impacts as people report for the last months (moderate fps drop aside), so using accumulated observation data for my own thoughts. For the third time, maybe I am wrong, hope it makes you feel better :)

edit: I guess that playing tota on 2k yields less rewards than playing pre rank 100 will not be fixed at all. I get more rewards playing tota with a new char than I get on 2k

This is exactly what has been happening to me, but ever since the 3.22 patch. Every patch released since then ended up causing this problem for some people and fixing it for others. It's fascinating.

Fixed a bug that caused Incursion Architects to literally lose their head (or hair).


Finally, I can decapitate and scalp them myself. Game was literally unplayable.

Loading time is kinda crazy.
I guess I don't mind to wait some extra for a map to load initially (especially if everything else will go smooth after that, although it doesn't), but why do I have to wait again after I tp in ho and back? Do you unload and reload the assets for this?..
Also I don't remember how it was before, but why do game only uses 8Gb of memory? I have plenty more and I'd like it to be of use.
Basically I don't understand why 10 year old game performs like that. It should load everything in couple seconds and never stutter.

After the patch I can't play, I get this error vk::PhysicalDevice::createDeviceUnique: ErrorFeatureNotPresent
