may i ask why you chose elemental equilibrium? is it because you want to hit with the ice spears first thus decreasing their fire resists for fireballs to do more dps?

i use 3 spells. fireball, ice spear, and arc, all generally hitting at different times. Elemental equilibrium is a must

Would this work better as a shadow?
As witch you spend the first 7 points for: 40 int 20% elemental damage with spells 46% spell damage Also witch starts with 9 more int Shadow: 30% elemental damage 32% spell damage Shadows starts with 9 more dex Does elemental damage work differently than spell damage? If not then you are only losing 4% damage, 1.8% ES and 24.5 mana, for 18 accuracy and 1.8% evasion and you save 2 points. Also, what do you think about taking the 3 ES nodes(+24%ES) to get to EE instead of the 4 int nodes west of the first power charge. Awesome build, and thanks! | |

Hello im trying it actually i'm lvl 73 on ambush. i'm still playing only fireball/lmp without CoC (selfcasting for now, until i get a 6l -should be soon-)
The question I have is, is it worth it to play with Mind over matter with a Voll's protector ? (-50% mana) Thanks a lot! | |

" if you have a 6L voll's it still works very well for two reasons. With the high crit chance and number of projectiles, you will have an endless mana potion with the surgeons prefix. Secondly, I use berek's grip which grants mana leech. Right now i am working on incorporating a high level arctic armor. Keep in mind, the main purpose of MoM is to deal with elemental reflect. " Thanks a lot for answering! I have a problem that i need to solve now : there are no berek's in ambush haha. For the leech life there is that new belt that leech cold dmg but for mana i don't have anything in mind. Anyway this build is a lot of fun, really. | |
