Do i have to level up to max level or is it on purpose that it's only lvl2?

Do you think the build works with a lvl 70 witch which only has a 5l vool?

and why are there two ek gems in the helmet?

right now i lack fire resist, which means ele reflect hurts. I use barrage with EK for the tiems when the ele reflect is too much or for ele reflect maps.

So it is enough to have a helmet with 3l sockets and when i need it because my resists are too low i put a ek in the item with barrage?

the 4L EK barrage is only temporary. Im sure after the patch ill change the 4L to somethign else more defensive. I wouldnt bother with 3L.
