You guys know Beta testers like to see you working, right?
" He's like this 24/7, some whack job that lives on these forums. I just ignore him usually. he sets his thing to private cause he has 5 millions posts and would be banned otherwise. PoE 1 is the best. PoE 2 is something. Last edited by HeroEvermore#0498 on Jan 27, 2025, 12:36:25 AM

" Oh, that's sad. |

" Yeah, actually. You deserve a proper response there at least. |

" Pretty much. I remember I made a last minute talent (you can only have 4 talents) for a game which allowed Strength or Finesse and Intelligence to scale for both Attacks and Spells. This essentially gave the character two main stats so I knew it would be a little tricky, esp with the additional versatility it added but I wanted to see what players made with it. Death Knights, Arcane Archers, Battle Mages, All types of builds popping up. Which is exactly what I wanted. The problem was still present though. Overwhelmingly positive feedback with "This is kinda OP" mixed it. So I used Vertical Compression in the calculations instead of a Decaying Curve. Done. Sometimes it's better to just throw it out there with reasonable estimation than sit on it. "Never trust floating women." -Officer Kirac

" I don't understand you. Everytime you post it's just negativity about game. You even said that PoE 2 is the worst ARPG you ever played and you never login again. So why are you still here? |

" Maybe he sits on forum cuz he care but doesnt play cuz he dont like state of game? And whats a point to say "game is good" when its obv not and has a lot of problem that devs do not solve? Ok, game is good! haters gona hate! Steam charts lie! LMAO |

" Maybe he can speak for himself (or maybe not I don't know)? Look I know that game needs alot of work but that doesn't mean that I or anyone else can't enjoy it. My taste is obviously "bad" because of that. So my opinion is inferior right? The problem is that many players are angry because PoE 2 is something else than they expected but they stopped with feedback a just spread hate - everything bad, stupid game, trash - which is kinda pointless imo because it doesn't provide any tips for improving the game. |

This game needs new season launch and new content release ASAP. Doesn't matter how small or big it is, we need it RIGHT NOW. Imagine releasing a season during february where it's packed with so many great hyped games; KCD2, Civ7, Avowed, Like a Dragon and most importantly MH Wilds. If you release the new season into this, you are not getting a lot of players back. We need this season before february, ASAP.

Seems like there is a lot of newcomers that haven't had the time to read the manifestos, or understand the cadence of updates/releases/leagues, so let me try and alleviate some of your concerns about the radio silence.
First off, Grinding Gear Games (GGG) has a well-established pattern when it comes to how they handle updates. Major changes, like new mechanics, balance shifts, or league-specific content, are typically bundled into the release of a new league. This allows them to focus their resources on delivering a polished and cohesive experience rather than making incremental changes mid-league that could disrupt the balance or gameplay. Radio silence between leagues isn't unusual—it's just how GGG works. It gives them time to collect data, listen to feedback, and thoroughly test the changes they plan to implement. If they were constantly communicating every minor detail or making reactive changes mid-league, it would likely lead to instability or rushed updates. Instead, the time between leagues is used for refinement and to ensure the next league is packed with meaningful content. While it can be frustrating to not hear much during this period, it's actually a sign that they’re focusing on the quality we’ve come to expect. They typically ramp up their communication as we approach the launch date of a new league. Patience is key with GGG—they've proven time and again that the wait is worth it. They have been following this cadence for over a decade, and if you look at a lot of their manifestos, they aren't intending on changing the core pillars anytime soon. |

Yes but im dying to unnecessary oneshots and mechanics with too much damage, right now.
Its like politicians saying; the economy will be fixed but it just takes time, while people cant buy food right now. Things making game frustrating should be fixed asap imo (ranged classes dont REEEE its a melee thing) |
