Learning to write is also dumb. You probably could have gone from level 85 to 86 in the time it took to write OP and to level 90 with all the time invested in complaining.

100% resistances (25% overflow to run -% Elemental resist maps)
CI (for Chaos immunity)
MoM
EB
Eletrecute + Shock (Kitoko's)

After seem it is a waste of potencial... Just focused in 30% Movespeed and MF in any piece of gear.

Huge DPS + Rarity >>>>>>>>>>> Defences.
