PoE 2 Account Banned for no reason?

This just happened to me. Level 40, same area, same ban message. I was able to log back in right away, though.

People paid for this game—it’s paid Early Access, no matter how you frame it—and yet, instead of proper support, players locked out due to incorrect bans are told that GGG is "looking to get these fixed up." Seriously?

Let’s add insult to injury: people took time off work to support this release, to play a game they paid for, and now they’re told, “If you still don’t have access after a few days, please contact support again.” How is this an acceptable response? This isn’t just frustrating—it’s outright insulting.

I’ve been unbanned, and yes, I can play, but the entire experience is ruined. The excitement I had is gone, replaced with anger and disappointment after seeing how poorly this has been handled. It’s not just me—other players are still waiting, and GGG’s dismissive approach is appalling.

Here’s the reality: if you’re stuck in this mess, your best bet isn’t to rely on GGG to treat you like a valued customer. It’s to make noise—on forums, social media, anywhere you can. Unfortunately, GGG isn’t taking this seriously. You’re just an inconvenience, collateral damage from a bug they’ll "fix someday," and they expect you to remind them if they forget you even exist.

This is a disgrace. My sympathies to everyone still dealing with this nightmare. If you want to get anywhere, don’t stay quiet—let them know just how badly they’ve handled this.

I will bump this thread as often as I can to support the users who are going through the same ordeal I went through. However, not everyone has the determination to stand up loudly in protest against these kinds of practices towards paying customers.

GGG, shame on you. This is a disaster. For a game that has built immense trust with its loyal fanbase, you’ve taken that trust, ground it into dust, and left very little behind for the people you’ve failed, abandoned, and refuse to even reach out to.

These players are extending both hands, desperately seeking help, and all you’ve done is turn your back on them. This is not how you treat a loyal community. This is not how you honor the trust they’ve placed in you. It’s disgraceful.

Still banned since day 1, not a single mn played and still no reply from support. A good way to treat people who bought 500$ pack.

An e-mail was sent days ago, my brother is also affected and he hasn't received a reply for days
