PoE 2 Account Banned for no reason?

WTF! enter in the game for 2 minutes, when i'm try to login, and say i'm banned? i'm dont have char yet... banned for what?
i'm disappointed... i'm trying to resolve this situation with support... |

I played today at 10 a.m local time (-3 GMT) and logged off. I tried to login today at 17:30 p.m and got the message that my ip was banned. I have no idea why.

I also have been banned for no reason.

I just tried to login after a 6h break and my IP is banned? Why?

Just got the same message, was on act 3, the game crashed and now my account is banned.

I just joined the game and got banned for no reason either

I was in hideout, I went to restart the game, and came back with an IP ban. I'm scared, because the comments from the last few days on this post are not at all encouraging regarding the speed of the unbanning.
