POSSIBLE FIX
So I found this idea online somewhere and so far it has been working great. Navigate to the Steam folder where POE2 is installed. Should look like:
Drive Letter\Steam\steamapps\common\Path of Exile 2
Find the PathOfExile_x64Steam.exe file and right click. Go to Properties. Go to Compatability tab. Check box run as Admin and Check box run in compatability mode for Windows 8. Hit Apply and OK.
Haven't had one crash yet since this change. Hopefully it works for you all. Best of luck!
Computer Specs
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D
GPU: RTX 4090
RAM: 32.0 GB
NV.2: Samsung 990 PRO 4TB
OS: Windows 11 Pro
OS VERSION: 24H2
Omg this worked... I used to disable core 0+1 every time I open the game and disable multi threading on every loading screen. Considerably dropped cpu temp as well. Thank you so much!!
Ryzen 7 5600X3d
RTX 3070 TI
Win 11 24H2
This fixed it for me as well!

Just another quick confirmation that PoEUncrasher (https://github.com/Kapps/PoEUncrasher) is indeed able to prevent the freezes caused by the Windows 24H2 update.
Huge kudos for the author!
Damn you are right, this fixed the problem for me, the game no longer crashes with this.

Game still crashing my computer every other map, sometimes when I launch the game, this is pretty inexcusable.

Disabling the "Threading Optimization" in the Nvidia driver control panel solved the 24H2 freeze problem.
This works for me, all day wishout crashes. Thanks.

So, look. Just few days and everyone forgot the topic we were discussing. Sure, it's game kills your old PC, not anything else... seriously?
Who the fuck invited you to this party, and more importantly, why the fuck are you attacking me for trying warn someone that's experiencing something I experienced too? How the fuck is that forgetting about the topic in this thread?
My pc was 10 years old and started malfunctioning after a hard freeze playing Destiny 2. It hard freezed while playing and after that, it'd boot without video output. 3 months after, it was completely dead.
So yeah, it absolutely was a game causing a hard freeze that killed my old pc. Had to power it down with the button and some voltage regulator component went bad and over time, it fried the PSU, videocard and mobo. The fuck do you know about anything? My god, people this days. Absolute numbnuts.
If someone is experiencing no video output after a hard freeze, don't you see it's like, normal, to give them the heads up about their pc maybe dying, when I experienced a big problem because of it? In a thread about hard freezes, I wouldn't say that's even off-topic. Nor did I forget what the thread's about, if you check my messages here I often am answering about missinformation.
Don't bother answering my dude, I'm not going to read your sorry reply.

They seem to have removed this issue from the "Known Issues" thread.
I also emailed their technical support email and they replied to me that they are not providing technical support at the moment.
So...yeah...
