POE 2 Complete PC Freeze while loading screen

Trying a lot of games today just to see if it happens in any other game (it dosnt).

And Guess what? I happens also in POE 1, game freeze and complete lock off pc, there are a lot of post since AUGUST poe 1 24h2 problem... and it's not solved...

to be fair, PoE 1 isn't their primary focus of fixes atm.

Same here. Freezing occurs. Nothing works, forcing the computer to shut down. After that, a blue screen occurs. There was 1 reinstall because the windows broke down. I'm so angry.

There is a solution, PoEUncrasher : https://github.com/Kapps/PoEUncrasher/releases/.
Use it for 2 days and works for me, don't have to lock pross power and/or remove one core.

download it, unzip where you want, putPoEUncrasher and the game on admin.
Launch PoEUncrasher before the game and enjoy.

After changing (after every startup) the affinity, to NOT use CPU0, as you can see, I am able to use Windows while the game is fully frozen.
I've done a MemoryDump (15GB for 5GBmemory use) and in it I find:

What he is saying is the problem is much worse than we think BECAUSE it persisted FROM POE1... I had about 4-6 links of people from POE1 the past year reporting about this exact same freeze issue.. some just from fighting monsters or particles etc. etc. this means the issue is MUCH worse.

What he is saying is the problem is much worse than we think BECAUSE it persisted FROM POE1... I had about 4-6 links of people from POE1 the past year reporting about this exact same freeze issue.. some just from fighting monsters or particles etc. etc. this means the issue is MUCH worse.

unless the game is literal copy+paste from PoE1, i'd say the problem is different. similar and suspiciously convenient, yes. worrying, yes.

Disabling the "Threading Optimization" in the Nvidia driver control panel solved the 24H2 freeze problem.
