Then stop participating as a beta tester. The point of feedback is to change the game, thus changing how other people play. PoE is bigger than just you; you need to consider everyone before you give feedback.
When Stephen Colbert was killed by HYDRA's Project Insight in 2014, the comedy world lost a hero. Since his life model decoy isn't up to the task, please do not mistake my performance as political discussion. I'm just doing what Steve would have wanted.

Logical fallacy. The point is to give my personal feedback on the game, which I do through this and other threads. I am not required to advocate for other people or to counter their arguments, though I will if I feel it wouls have a negative impact on myself.
If everyone provides their own feedback, then GGG will be able to look at the sum and get valuable information for beta changes.

Whether the feedback I provide is focused on other people or purely what I would like to see for myself is irrelevant.

Though your post does bring up an interesting discussion about what exactly "beta" means in the context of modern games with open betas that last for several years. It's probably time the industry started re-evaluating terminology. Let's save that for another thread though.

Regardless of your intention, the result towards which your feedback pushes influences the future gameplay of everyone. This is why it's not a logical fallacy; the effect of what you're doing will push towards the results I described, and it is your intention which is irrelevant, while the feedback which you provide will either be discarded as useless or used to determine the play experience for everyone.

I don't think they should add a SFL league.

Compelling argument there. Wait, I found your "argument" in another thread:

God help us with attitudes like that on the Alpha Team.

This is not an argument, it's just my opinion.

This is just the truth. It seems like people just loves to whine about core features of this game. Self found is something that can be done in every singleplayer ARPG, but GGG has always made it clear, that this game is for a online competitive play inspired by D2 ladder. So go play torchlight 2. And why should I argue? It's not me who wants to change core features. You guys just have to do better :-P

However, I have no problem with a 2 week SFL. It would just be a problem with a permanent SFL.

This is the best idea ever!

I see absolutely no downsides for such league. Those, who against this league are probably RMT'ers

I have never traded a single item in POE, so I will keep it going. Some builds / uniques are not available to me (even some common gems), but the game should be exactly this way. I believe that trading ruins the game greatly.

Devs, please make this league!
league only for drop is awesome idea: )!

You played the "go play <other game title>" card??

WTF, poor form GGG, recruiting forum trolls to Alpha Test your game.

Now we really ARE fucked.

Ye I did. You are complaining about a core feature in this game. TL2 is an ARPG without this particular feature. Which means you are in the wrong game. Actually there are plenty of ARPG without focus on trading - so why go playing a game that has done a lot to create a currency system? That is beyond me.

And now you probably go "herpa derp, it's not a trading game hurrr". Well:

"
Path of Exile is an online Action RPG set in the dark fantasy world of Wraeclast. We're a small independent team of hardcore gamers based in New Zealand and have created Path of Exile as the game that we'd want to play ourselves. It is designed around a strong barter-based online item economy, deep character customisation, competitive PvP and ladder races. The game is completely free and will never be "pay to win". Path of Exile is currently in Open Beta! If you'd like to play, just create an account.

So.. Me trolling? No, to me it seems like you are.

Anyways, I don't see anything wrong in a 1 week (or even 2 week) SFL. That would be fine as a short term challenge.
