noo ruined so many pob because of this.
In order to get rid of clearspeed meta cap global movement speed at 100% but make all skills instant so everything feels great.

Shit like this is why I make sure that the builds I plan around expansion time have nothing to do with what's being changed.
I planned out an archer weeks ago, didn't even have to touch it when the PoB update came out. Winning by ignoring the hype. |
