"6.19% of players have completed 24 challenges and earned the Betrayal Aura Effect."

Yikes. This league definitely had some of the most difficult/RNG-based challenges so far and this shows it.
the idea of the syndicate was great as always. the execution on the other hand was not. syndicate members are way too powerful, one shotting most squishier, but otherwise fun builds. the safehouses should be harder, and the random encounters should be much easier. and pls fire the guy who orchestrated the mastermind fight. basically every other attack is a potential one shot for tankier builds as well, not to mention the squishier builds. everything is fucking green and black, you dont even know what the fuck is going on most of the times. the summoned exploding crawling skeletons are just dumb, and a sneaky hit below the belt. also the mastermind gives less rewards then a well built safehouse, and all your work is flushed down the toilet. pls no more highly rng based and/or grindy AF challenges in the next league....please

really the only good thing i can mention about this expansion are the idea, the voice acting, and the safehouse rewards. that is it, random encounters suck couse of insane damage spikes, that cant be countered couse you dont even see what is going on most of the times, the mastermind fight flat out sucks, the mastermind rewards are non existent, the challenge list had too many rng and /or grind based challenges.

the balancing of the temple of atzoatl, the bestiary and delve is a big plus tho. keep up the good work, but betrayal was not executed well.

Aah, challenge posts. It seems that your strategy remains consistent in that you move the goalposts during the league, and make many challenges unobtainable outside of a commitment that rivals a full-time job.

I haven't played at all this league, haven't even bothered to take a character all the way to maps. I hated delve, but played it, hated bestiary, but played it. I've just gotten quite tired of the balancing that you do.

I've voted with my wallet for the past couple leagues, and this one, I've voted with my time as well. I implore you to consider the rest of your players that don't have a platform to perform on, as we too are your customers.
" "IF" we integrate Betrayal content into the core game."

That's a crucial conjuction.
I like to hear the word "WHEN".

This is definitely one of the very best leagues GGG has ever done, and is well worth integrating into Core game play.

But BTW....Just to restate the obvious....you'd have to be completely, utterly insane to kill the Mastermind for anything other than the achievement(s).

(The fight is ridiculously hard, the rewards are trash, and it takes HOURS to reset your board once Catarina completely hoses it up.)

Isn't is close to the same completion every league? The challenge aren't as RNG based as some past leagues, I thought they were pretty easy. (except the usual end game grind + the usual crazy one which this time is 400 atlas objectives)
Finished the 40 today...

Any numbers on us?
"Fixing the endgame was hard - No matter how hard we buffed red maps, people would keep spamming Gorges.
So we turned Gorge into a red map"

uhh yea cant you read, less than 1%.
I think most of the issues mentioned by a lot of people regarding the mastermind could be, despite still being true, mostly ignored, IF the rewards were actually worth the time, risk, effort and downside. Sadly, they aren't. The uniques from the mastermind are just too niche. Sure, some could be used in quite a lot of builds, but there are simply stronger options for pretty much all of them. They were an interesting idea, but they don't really fit in a lot of builds. One thing that could've changed this would've been some truly unique veiled mods (which there kida are, but only really on the flask).

It's not about the time, the danger or even the downside of completing the fight... it's about the reward not being worth any of those troubles. Heck, if it gave a metric fuckton of experience, people would probably be happy about. It worked in harbinger league.

One possible "fix" (it's no solution for the core issue though... I think the boss needs a pale council treatment) would be the addition of some prophecies that relate to the fight.
I make dumb builds, therefore I am.
