If 1 thing that d3 did good, that is combat, that is much better than in PoE for now.

Did you perhaps play monk? That's only one with "awkward combat" imo. Everything else is very fluid, animations are clean.

As for comparing higher difficulties, that's a bit onesided considering higher difficulties are only available for POE, and you won't get to try them in d3 for another four weeks.

Played the "beta weekend" event 3/30-4/1, killed some time, the game has some merit but there's a lot that needs improving (namely storyline and combat animations) but an indie title so I don't hold it against them (if blizzard put a beta out like it though, I would be pretty disappointed considering their budget). I'll likely play some more once the game development progresses more.

I dont even have a forum account for D3 because i dont fucking care about it. The combat feels so unresponsive, its terrible.
I've been playing arpgs since D1 and ive never had this feeling about any other game out there. Same goes for TL2, the gfx make it look way too plastic and kind of fake.

But hey, i kind of expected the D3 fanboys to invade the PoE forums since they only have 1,5 hours of playtime lol!

I like POE, that's why I'm still on these forums in the first place. Does liking Diablo 3 mean I automatically don't / can't like POE?
