[2.6] IMMORTAL MF GOLEMS - Shaper / Uber / ALL Guardians *WHILE DEAD*

Are you making this build for the purpose of .0001% of the content of this game where you plan to die and let the golems do their thing?

Or would you rather be more efficient at .9999% of the rest of the game's content?

This is not a right or wrong question, more an issue of how many people do you really think would choose the former over the latter.

This is solely why I recommend not using empower.
the moment you hit an enemy with ball lightning and double curse (Ele weakness and flammability)
empower beats fire pen
its that simple

maybe if you ran enfeeble and tempchains
fire pen > empower

For elementalist (and this build) i think fire pen is the clear winner, i think its important to remember that a lot of time mobs will be on the periphery and wont get ee applied with arc or ball lightning.
If your necro empower has a lot going for it since the extra life is really useful.

Grandmaster hall is no hard thing for us. I usually be able to service it at least to 2 or at worst 1 people.
First thing you do there go to first hall from left and look if you got block guy. If you have him get a new one.

You don't need to trash the run when you get the block guy. Just bring a scorching ray gem and put it in your 6 link when you get to him, and dismiss all your golems. He'll sit there doing nothing while you scorch him to death.

That was a good thing to learn. I need to try this. Well since you go first hall as blockers and maps are 1c its already a trash map imo.

Tut tut... Onslaught grants you 20% increased attack and cast speed but not your minions.

Is it really so important to you to cast that Ball Lightning a bit faster? ;)

This isn't a matter of gut feelings, it's simple maths....

Against non-resistant monsters Empower is the clear winner.

Against monsters with fire resistance Empower is the clear winner once we can reduce their resistance to zero or below (which we can always achieve with two courses and EE, regardless how much fire resistance they have, even in the worst case scenario, Guardian maps with 40% elemental resistance where the map boss has 80% fire resistance)

Fire Penetration only wins when we die during a fight with a high-resistance map boss as we can no longer trigger EE or apply our curses.

Oh. I was using it for movement speed and increased duration with freeze immunity. Correct me if i am wrong.

True, you will get 20% movement speed from Onslaught but you get twice as much from a Quicksilver flask (which has one second less base duration).
