Found my thread. A whole 4 pages of responses! Yet, there were still people who weren't happy enough, and instead of proposing something to improve it, simply started shitting all around. Yay! Turns out it is way easier to vent out and shit on everything, than to make a thought-out post.
This is why I lost all hope of trying to actually resolve the issue.
It's because your ideas and thread are a mere shadow of the ideas gathered in the OP of the Regulator thread.
If you spend "30 minutes" in the Lab, you aren't doing "just fine".
It takes me 20-30 minutes because i cannot stand it. I get up and do something multiple times while doing because its no fun. It impossible to sit through the whole thing without alt + f4 out of boredom.
When im in the lab i think of all the other stuff i could be doing, its by far the worst part of poe.

At the time of me posting it, there were little to no suggestions there, aside from REMOVE DA LAB. You can edit posts, kind Sir.
Also, look up what kind of responses this thread has, and what mood is kept in there. If you find 1 in 10 posts that are about actually solving the issue, instead of complaining that I HAET THE LAEB PLS REMOV, that will be a good find.
Even more so - this thread had NO suggestions at its start, yet it has more responses than my thread which had one from the very start. Still think its about the ideas, and not about venting out and arguing against people?

This just proves that you didn't even read the OP in that thread Perq. Most of the suggestions were there from the get go, well done. I assume that is the case with all the other pro lab people. Their replies seemed to imply so. I don't believe you serve GGG any purpose by being here.
I wouldn't expect nothing more from you Pyrokar. You've show time and time again that you are unable to separate merit from your emotions. So all you are capable of is an emotionally loaded response, in which you will deny everything I say (no matter what), or try to make me look bad, because you simply do not like me. And because of that, you turn into simply lying - I've read the original post and it WAS changed, which OP mentions in his post (page 3). You'd notice that, if you actually read the thread.

Also, before spewing toxins like the last sentence (and one that is insulting all of the people who like the Lab, for no good reason), how about you ask yourself a question - what purpose are you serving in being here? Spewing toxins and constantly attacking people do not like is one, but I wouldn't say that it is very useful to GGG. So, what is your excuse this time?

So the actual run doesn't take you so much, it's just you afk-ing during it? Sounds like mostly a psychological issue. Maybe you should try rushing trough it, instead if intentionally slogging and thus extending the bad experience even more.

I can minimize the amount of crap I have to eat every time I make a new character, but that doesn't change the fact that I'm forced into doing it with every new character I make.
I play POE for an action RPG involving fighting and killing that encourages experimentation. I do not play POE for half baked dark souls + nethack. I play roguelikes and souls games and I love both as separate entities, not when I'm forced into trekking a 30 minute slosh of trap dodging with garbage moba clickmove controls.
Having mandatory content in a game completely removed from the main game is the equivalent of something like a new Tekken game is released, you start with 75% of the characters locked and the only way to unlock 75% of the cast is to full clear Tekken Force mode multiple times. This might appeal to the selective people who are OK with grinding away at the tedium of doing pointless fights through half assed stages, but most people get Tekken to fight their buddies, not play a minigame that has zero relevance to the main game.
For the sake of argument, I can clear lab fine, I just dread the concept of having to redo this ordeal multiple times each time I remake a character.
I understand theres been around 260 other threads with the same topic, so I'm just adding my feather to the camel's back.
I like this game, and for the most part I appreciate GGG's mentality on how they operate. If you want to add challenging content to the game, add it in a way that's more in line with how the game operates. Don't bait and switch your audience, that's both manipulative and insulting.

You can make a buid that will shit on traps, dance on top of them and wont lose any HP. And it doesnt require any expensive gear even. That's in case you want to farm lab effectively. Same can be said about farming any other endgame content - if you want to do it quickly and effectively, make a dedicated build.
For all other characters - you can just complete lab once per difficulty (4 times total) and forget about it, if you dislike it. If it so hard for you? It's actually nothing compared to mapping time required to get 90 level!
