Contrary to your assertion, this was not posted two days prior to my response.

I said with a 99% certainty that it was a PoE problem under those circumstances. You apparently countered that it was only a 60% likelihood. At least that was my understanding. I had stated that 60% was rational within a rational argument and post.

The situation with the internet is that it's a delivery system that is generally very reliable. When there are problems it usually has to do with delays. The actual reliability can differ significantly based on where one is. When there are problems it is almost always a problem with one of the two ends rather than with the transfer of the data. If an online game is acting "flaky" it is most likely with one of the two end points. Running multiple online games on one system and all working fine except one means it is likely a problem with that one game experiencing problems.

In the case POE, either a problem is likely with the user end or the GGG end of things. If multiple other online games are working fine on one's system but PoE is acting flaky then it is very likely a GGG problem. Not always, but my experience is that it is on the GGG end at all times when the Internet has been available to my system. I suspect most user end problems with PoE are related to wifi? I don't use wifi. So 99% in my case is a conservative figure, especially considering that we've experienced multiple client/server network bugs in PoE over the years. That experience includes me using three different ISP's since starting to play PoE. Although, I could see other people in rural areas or other countries with less reliable networks might see more problems in the data transfer in a timely and reliable manner.

Since you are incapable of letting it go, try this:

Lurk the tech help subforum. Open every single god damned link to a WinMTR result you come across and observe where the issue is originating.

Then come back here and tell me which end is more likely to have problems. Even when a good portion of the players asking for help are specifying that they aren't having problems in any other game. Yet their results clearly show the issue isn't on GGG's end.

Not interested. The likely explanation is that most of them that are claiming that other games are working fine but the reality is that they hadn't actually tried the other games since the problem was introduced on their end. For example, wifi connections can be very flaky and so all of those instances should be immediately rejected.

Perhaps you should learn how the Internet works? LOL

It's pretty clear from the tests which ones are having problems between their pc and router. You would still see just how many are having problems on their end. But of course, you can't bother to prove yourself wrong.

You already basically admitted that it's valid to say that 60% of the time it's a GGG problem. That proves my general statement correct and that your statement that that I was "Dead wrong and needed to learn how the Internet works" was over stating your position. Or you put another way you were just "tired" and needed 8 hours of rest. Like I said, you're still just quibbling over details.

Just tried Uber-Lab for the first time. Getting to the first stage was fine. Izzy wiped me before I scratched him. Level 88.

I'm able to clear Tier 10 maps... probably higher, but haven't gone there yet.

Fix this fight. You've put "advancement" too far into the playtime. If you can make it through UberLab, you can make it through the game. It's not "advancement" anymore. It's a reward for characters that don't need the reward.
