This guy probably thinks he has a 20% chance to deal damage with a Flame Totem because the skill has 20% Damage Effectiveness.

It should be simple to understand since the word effectiveness is used commonly in this game, btw just go around with a little more leech and the problem is solved
who is able to afford those gauntlets clearly is playing a top dps build so it wont change that much BTW Vaal Pact has been nerfed in the past in the same way |
