Regarding what you saw on Kripp's stream as a final alpha patch is nonsense. Totems and CI could be the same in 10 days as they are on beta, if Qarl decides they can't balance either just yet.


I do not mean to judge you harshly, but I highly suggest testing the ability of two of the most popular builds of the game. You may not like to hear it, but not everyone is going to enjoy the fact that their way to play the game no longer functions. Simply put, if even ten percent of the game's population left and reported negative views to their gaming peers, would it affect the future of the game?


The possibility of negative reaction cannot dictate the direction GGG wants to take the game. They can't be held hostage to the QQ.

Changes are coming, more changes will follow, from when I started playing and now - basically everything has changed except for the core mechanics. Learn to swing with the punches, and find new builds... or play a different game.

+4% Cast Speed /+4% Attack Speed / +12% Physical Damage

Choosing to kill all three bandits rewards you with a skill point instead.

Any idea if you can re-roll the reward using some type of concurrency or some other mechanic?

If this is true, and that physical damage is global like most mods of the same name, then EK sounds even more awesome than it does already.

I remember something about being able to change what you got but with a hefty cost. There were no details mentioned and I can't recall where I read or heard it.

I heard about it too. It was in the Chris interview on Kripp's stream from about a month ago. I was hoping there was an implementation of how it works in the alpha.
