This is a great party build - all manner of party makeups. You freeze the heck out of stuff, they blast it.

I love Minion Instability on this build, makes killing bosses incredibly easy, just skeleton spam them in a circle around the boss locking them down and resummon as they explode. It has good synergy with the +minion life nodes you have to pick up to get the extra spectre since MI is based off of minion life.

i took it at about level 40 with no problems.

I took it at 31 (as soon as I could equip spell totem). But I started at templar tree so was closer to it.

I will give you 2 exalts + 5 gcp for it (all my high-end currency) I need new armor. my chest for my level 70 build only has 288 ES and its 4L.

how does CI help ?
and why my minions die pretty fast? there are rare monsters in the docks that kill them.
there is a way to protect them? (i took the hp nodes)

I notice this problem too, the dogs right?

The summon AI is not cleaver enough to move out of the way from the continuous breath attack =(
