I added a Life Gain on Hit gem to my spectres (Life Gain on Hit + LMP + Minion Damage) and it helps them live longer, but yea the AI is so stupid elite dogs almost always kill the minions :(

I was wondering how useful is the Avoid Cast Interruption passive?
I am usually running Docks on merciless, and although the occasional pack of Voidwalkers kills me, I am not sure I am ever getting my spells interrupted. If I am, then I don't realize that it happens. Can someone explain to me when, and what happens when you get Cast interrupted? How often does it happen and how much does this node actually help vs picking up one of the other nodes. EDIT: Not really sure how to link my equipment, but I'm a level 70 Witch running the Spectre variation with about 4000 ES w/ Discipline. I use ice spear totems with skeleton walls + trip Flame Sents. Hi everyone,
anyone with 70+map experience can help answer this q'.... how effective are spectres when they are say lvl 62 (merci solaris) and maps are 70+? From my experience of 66-69 maps, thy seem to hold their own with proper management but thought i'd ask the q's. My gear is average and my icespear 20%q totems don't seem to do that much. In proportion i think my ice spears do like 25% of my dmg, spectres doing easily 60% and the rest from skeles/zombies. Does this feel like what everyone else is doign? IGN: Jux

just started a level 66 map and the first 4 monsters killed my minions.
used all pot and they died. how to handle maps? |

" with the "The multi-level walls of buffer theory" (in starting post),try to not let your minions stay in first row: mops--->traps--skel.--totems--minions--you. withe ele.profiliation, most of the mop-packs wont reach your minions. It´s not always as easy as it sounds, but who wants a game without challanges? (sry for my bad englisch) |

when does conversion trap become useful? I ask because i have them both right now and honestly in lv 66 maps fire trap seems to be far better. In higher level maps will conversion traps become more useful? I'm considering going 2x fire trap and leave conversion behind.

I found more use for conversion traps when I was leveling. I pretty much stopped using it in maps. I have it in a stray blue socket but it isn't on my bar. I occasionally swap something to it if there's a troublesome room with an invuln boss or something, but that's about all the use I get out of it.
I run 2x fire traps, wish I could run three but I don't have the sockets. (My 2x traps are in my hat with concentrated effect and increased AoE) |
